Delivery Information

How Will I Receive My Order?

Your order will be dispatched using the quickest, safest, and most reliable delivery method available. Please be aware that it's not possible to specify a particular delivery date or time.

Standard Delivery: Free delivery is available between 1-10 business days to UK mainland only. For faster deliveries or deliveries outside this area, please email us to inquire about the possibility and transport fee.

Doorstep Delivery: Goods will generally be delivered to the doorway on the ground floor. However, if you wish to have them moved into the house or upstairs, please contact us (before making a purchase). We'll provide you with options and calculate an additional fee for this service.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Upon dispatch, we will send you an email with the estimated day of delivery and, where applicable, a tracking number.

Return & Refund Policy

At Best Quality Furniture, we are confident that you'll be delighted with your purchase. However, in the case of any issues, you may be eligible to return items for a full refund excluding all delivery charges and any additional fees directly incurred from the sale or refund.

Initiating a Return: If you're not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, you can initiate a return within 7 days of receipt by contacting our friendly customer support team and discuss your options. Please note, that as this is a “change of mind”, that you will need to cover the cost to return your item(s) to us, and may be deducted sales costs and administration fees from your refund amount, if applicable. Please make sure that return items are in their original packaging, unused, and show no evidence of assembly. They should be retained in the same condition as received. Returns initiated after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Refund Processing: If a refund is applicable, we'll process it as soon as possible, and within 14 days.Please don't return items without contacting us first and receiving confirmation of the return address. The actual return address will be provided via email once the return is approved. Certain items, including clearance items, customized items and assembled or disassembled products, cannot be returned.

Faulty or Damaged Products: Report any damaged product within 3 days of receipt by emailing or calling us on tel: 02070979200. Do not throw out the damaged item and its packaging. Provide pictures or a quick video demonstrating the problem, including images of the product and packaging.

Undeliverable and Refused Packages: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to refusal, invalid address, or lack of signature, resulting in reshipment or cancellation, you may be responsible for additional handling and shipping fees.
